For runners, parents of high school or middle school student-athletes, or coaches, running clinics provide a unique opportunity to learn and network with those who share share your passion.
Purpose
· Educate on Running Science & Physiology – Provide athletes, parents, and coaches with a deeper understanding of evidence-based training principles to augment performance.
· Apply Evidence-Based Practices for Running Success & Longevity – Teach proven training methods, injury prevention strategies, and recovery techniques to support long-term development and sustainability in running.
· Educate & Connect the Running Community – Equip parents, coaches, and athletes with knowledge and resources to foster a supportive, informed, and motivated running culture.
